YEAH A SAILBOAT!! We need them too!!! Woah i will never forget those beautiful ships, when i visited St Tropez in the French Riviera! IT WAS AWSOME!!! What fascinated me so much too, was those huge Boats docked and off the ramp all the poor artists painting and trying to make a buck... guess those rich people were a good inspiration... i should have parked off there too... would still be there today then i guess... aaaaah St Tropez amazing place!!
Breezin' thru' St. Tropez ... Sail on Biggsy! Some buddies and I hauled a bunch on pencil & pen 'n' inks to a well-heeled boardwalk by the sea way back in college days. We set up shop and sold OUT by noon! With cash in our ragged cut-offs we took the rest of the day off. Except for Mercenary Mike who hiked to the local art supply, stocked up & went back to the room to draw furiously. I caught him there and tsk-ed: "You dog!" But Mikey said: "I'm tryin' to make 'em as nice as I can!!"

Hey Thank you so much! Well your Christina in her car is FANTASTIC!!! You did an AMAZING job with all the background detail, colors! Defently one of the most Awsome portraits i have seen so far on this site!!! Truly! i would say, i don't rush it, when doing the background and i used to be scared to draw a background... so now, if i feel tired i leave the Portrait, if i feel relaxed and happy, i sit down and slowly let myself go, by drawing.... it usually works! ... with me at least!
thank you, too! well, i must say i didn't think it's a good portrait when i was drawing christina. that's why i was doing it so long, a few months. but my mum asked me to end it for her, and i did it... and finally i am proud of it and i agree that good mood helps with the work thanks a lot again
