Wow Jeanette - I am gobsmacked!!! This is magnificent!!! Nader is right - the details are awesome. The flowers are perfect ... the pillows ... the armchair ... the hat ... the colours ... the whole setting ... and to top it all she looks oh so beautiful. I LOVE IT!!! ... you're going to regret saying "tell me a little about yourself" ... "... a little ..." when it comes to me talking+writing is a crap load of hoo-haa in my way of being. The term "longwinded" was clinched the day I hit earth . I so look forward to getting to know you even better my dearest friend.
My sweetest friend ... I had the most awesomely creative weekend out. It was joyous, it was sad, it was inspiring, it was deeply cleansing, ... but it was one completely emotional trip. I have to come down from the "high" ... then I shall let rip about my life to you and you'll get so sick and tired of me you'll wish you'd never "met" me in the first place . In the meantime I will be submitting my 3 creations tomorrow, which I do hope you'll come across. A kinda clue why I'm a nutter. During the whole time creating them I was thinking of you and JohnO (you have both had to put up with my crap for so long now - and you have both connected to my inner-being as you were perfectly supposed to). (Take note though: two of them are a bit on the macabre side, I have to warn you)
My dearest sweet lass - I have submitted the first of my 3 - I even opened up a "Peanut" gallery in the process. The next 2 I will let you know as soon as I have submitted as I would really appreciate it if you would read them. (The site's really slow tonight).

Oh dear ... with the heightened anticipation it's going to be a disappointment when it does come on. I'm mighty miffed though!!! My mini-mona masterpiece. Ag, but it was fun anyway. I know it's going to come out with a rush of others and be totally looked over ... just so long as you and JohnO (jpoulus) get to see it. Now the other ones, which I'm writing stories about, are taking me forever to get ready for submission ... but those ones you must read. Because I love you dearly and I want to share.

your beautiful colors and simple but elegant lines are similar to the Master's works(at least from my view point) Mattise is one of my favorites of all times.

i am going to buy Cuba and make it the hit and beautiful island it used to be!!! i have a very good friend, who is from Curacao, but she and her hubby stay in Holland now, cause her hubby, (who is also Caribbean) has Multiple Sclerosis and the treatment in Holland is better... Aruba, Curacao and the other island, ... oh heck forgot the name, they call them the ABC Islands... are from the Nederlandse Antillen, right?....
