Oh the MJ... he looks so sad bro, but i like your Portrait he should be happy now, no more crazed out fans who give him hard times, no more court cases he has to go to, no more worries... or is there another story going round, like the Elvis Presley story, that MJ is not really in the other world?
Ya know what Cesar sez about the neurotic pups that don't get enough REAL exercise and bark all the time or bite or pace or can't sleep? Maybe MJ should have hired Cesar instead of a doctor with $5000 worth a drugs every night
I'd be gone so fast I'd be back before I got there! I'd have told Charlize not to do Monster (WRONG & fired!) and taken MJ for a run around the Neverland (RIGHT - but fired!) No one wants the truth... out-of-control egos "...can't handle the truth!"
omg and i always thought i had an imagination! you are the cherry on top and i just LOVE it!!!! While on the topic, whats going to happen to Neverland, do you know? The MJ stories have quiet down in RSA now...
Hi Breezy! Well ......... I never tuned in, (still prefer to 'turn-on, drop-out') so, I must have heard by osmosis - the family blocked the sale in favor of an auction of contents. You KNOW that hyperbaric chamber would bring a pretty penny!
Great job! I like that it's round -- it makes the portrait more interesting. Reminds me somehow of a maelstrom or swirl (What is the correct word?). Those sad eyes are beautiful as well! I wonder if you drew this from your imagination or from a photograph
Tondo. We had to learn the word. & do some circular pieces like Seurat & others. Michael's Maelstrom is good. & I was looking right at "the cover of the Rolling Stone" however .... no pencil, no construction lines, no safety net with the black hair across the face so ..... not exactly exciting but kind of a little charge! thank you so much for noticing!!!
You're welcome! It looks spontaneous (I think most of your pictures do), so that's why I am asking. And thanks for the new word "Tondo". Now I know what round images are called...
you're more than welcome! I had a friend who painted giant 10-12 foot 40 degree oval canvasses ... you have to wet the stretchers and warp them just right - then, if everything is not perfect, they'll go 'catywhompus' on you BAD as the primer dries. That's about the time I knew ... 'I'm not dedicated enough.'
... okeedokee - did I miss one??? You did a Duane Allman as well?? ... or did DA compose two musical masterpieces in one day??? ... or did he undertake an amazing 10 minute guitar solo ... or G-forbid a guitar solo lasting a coupla hours!!! Sorry, not heavy into slide guitar - (okay Clapton's not as claptout as they say), ... EP / MJ / DA - all dead musicians ... John-O, my two braincells are a bit peed off with you now, deliberate confusion makes them nasty!!!
ooops ..... I'll do Anything to avoid the Wrath of Ra the Sun God(ess) !! I simply meant that maybe I could have done a DA as well since everything else was such a short order
Ahhhh ... thank you, but I prefer being called Nut (it goes with my psychological demeanour) and makes me the Goddess of the Sky (more power!) ... The blonde braincells thank you for your explanation as well. They have resheathed their talons. (Thank goodness, there's nothing worse than a pair of blonde bitch braincells occupying one's mind).
thank you thank you Koala!! I sketched him from the very beautiful Danny Green photo in the Associated Press pool of images as it appeared on the cover of ROLLING STONE Issue 1084 Aug. 2009 my contribution was only the sketch & to make it round but it was fun!!
