Thank you, Christine. I have to take a break from drawing Urs Buhler and Richard Armitage once in awhile.    If not, my husband is going to wonder where he fits in these days. He's still numero uno! :blowkiss: :hi: :cute:

I too am a little dry on the creative side at present. I think it will pass but if not it was fifteen years ago that I had done any drawing so hopefully I will be inspired again soon. My husband is going for an upper GI tomorrow and a lower too. So today will be hard for him he is a diabetic and can't eat all day plus being cleaned out thorouly. We are at a crisis at work too. Our product is under much scrutiny and we are sorting through all the parts we have packed lately. Our number one customer came forward with some complaints on our plating of the product. We don't do that in our shop but they want 100 percent inspection they are honked off that some bad plating came through. So it's work sort sort. We have to be stamping our product with clock numbers so they can get better looking product in the future. Times are slow and they get picky when the economy is slower. Oh well this wouldn't be the first time for we who have worked there for over thirty years.

I understand why your creative juices are not flowing right now. I wish your husband safe and successful procedures on the G.I.'s tomorrow. I hope there will be fair days ahead for both of you. God Bless! Joyce

What site, Emano? Did you mean it was a Random Portrait? Who is the "her" that you are referring to? Harry Connick is a "he." She refers to a female. :blowkiss:  :hi:

It took me a few minutes to figure out what you were telling me, Emano. Then I found it. Sometimes I have to be hit over the head, in order for someone to get my attention.    I apologize for not finding it earlier. I am pleased with the portrait of Richard Armitage. I know how disappointing it is, to dedicate a portrait to someone, then having to wait for them to see it. :/: I hope, after a good night's sleep, I will feel better tomorrow. :hi: :cute:

Sweet Dreams. :blowkiss: :blowkiss: :cute: :cute:

That sounds like a great place to go to on vacation. I remember years ago (back in the 1950's), my sister and I tossed a coin to see if we would go to a Dude Ranch (somewhere out west) or to a beach (somewhere down south). The coin landed on "tails" so we chose Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We flew down there (wintertime, back home in Michigan) and had the time of our young lives. Took a cruise up the New River and say a man wrestle an alligator. Attended a High School swim meet between two schools the first day there. It took place in an outdoor pool near the beach. We were excited to see palm trees. Didn't have them in MI. Never did get to a Dude Ranch. (A working ranch that takes in guests).

Yes, the sea always commands one's respect. I went halibut fishing with my three daughters off Homer, Alaska on my 60th birthday. I caught the largest fish that day. It weighed 75 lbs. :blowkiss:  :hi: :cute:
