Colored pencils on white paper
"Tim McGraw" is the first song I've heard of her
Please let me know how to improve, I'm new to colored pencils and I can't find any good tutorials online. A few years ago, I tried to use color pencils but I mixed them with graphite and it looked horribly wrong haha ! I may post them later
Feel free to correct me so that it looks more like Taylor Swift
Very good. You really catch her glance. Bravo... Colored pencils are great... I mix them with graphite... when using thicker papers the blending seems better... I don't really know because I am just a begginir... by experimenting is always good!
With coloured pencils you can smooth the process or you can use line and cross hatch with it. The nice thing is you can gradually build up the effect. But the main thing is definition, eyes, nose and mouth are the prime areas. If these areas are worked properly you won't go wrong.
Thank you. By the way, what kind of color pencil do you use?
I had Caran d'Ache and Faber Castell, but I've been trying some other brand which turned out horrible

yeah u right, I think I should buy some thicker paper, as I almost dug a hole thru my first tries
yeah, at the end of the day, it is also better if you use more than two or three color layers...
