i work 50 hours a week, drawing has only been a hobby. when i find the "picture" that i like, something that i think captures her, i'll draw it. only being awake for 4 hours or so after work doesn't leave a lot of time. soon, soon, soon

Well, in my gallery, I like the last one (Hilarie Burton as model) even if there is not great resemblance, I like the way I'm engaged in with the shadows etc... thanks to the pieces of advice I received there and on my blog Then, I like SMG (page 3 of my gallery, even if, again, the resemblance is not stunning, and, page 1, Vonda Shepard

i have more drawings, just not of famous people. i'll talk to the admin and see if i can put a drawing or two in my portfolio of non stars without breaking any rules. at least until i draw a few more stars!!!

Colored pencils are the funnest thing ever! I would say start from scratch while you are still just experimenting.

i just bought some prismacolor water color pencils. all i can say is wow. i have never used anything but a clicker pencil, so this is definatley different. i gotta learn to explore different things. so far, it looks like a five year old could have accomplished what i have. as for starting from scratch, that is exactly what i'm doing, thanks, eric

Well, it takes a little time to get used to new mediums, but you'll get used to them eventually. Definately explore every medium possible.

Probably not, but its fun to try to get to them all To be honest, I have quite a bit of trouble with that as well, so I just kinda get a vague idea of what I want, start drawing, and let whatevers gonna happen, happen.
