Yes she was a great James Bond Girl. My best Bond Girl is Diana Rigg and after Ursula Andress. I love expression of Shirley in your portrait, surprised and charming...

Yep was able to capture the look which I found so optical..yes she had a short part but big impact in the movie and yes I rate Diana Rigg as well ..remember the avengers iconic series. ..she made that as mrs Peal with patrick (Stead) many hours gone watching that show..Actually all the Bond girls had so much appeal inthe movies..

The first time I saw this James Bond and Shirley, was in Germany in the family of my correspondent...Strange in german...Yes, Diana was Mrs Peal, the best of for this character.

Hello, Nev! Correspondents are boys and girls who are included in language exchange programs. In France, we pass during school few weeks in Spain or in Germany or in England when our school is included in a language exchange programm. When I was young the first stranger langage I learnt was german. My school had a special exchange with a little town in south Germany. And I lived by a correspondent, an other girl from a school in south Germany during few weeks. She is coming in France by my parents after. It was a good language exchange. A good memory. But to watch James Bond in german TV, especially Goldfinger was strange and funny for me. Waouuuuh you are an expert of James if you have read the books too...For me, just one and after, just the films. But there is for me in these films a part of ridiculous extrem characters. In France, a parodie of James Bond with the french actor Jean-Paul Belmondo is one of the best film for me, which sums up all the clichés of the genre...The title of this film is: Le Magnifique. If you can find it on youtubee and see it in USA, you will laugh during all the film. It's a festival...Happy week-end to you !

it's a very bad news for me....I know it now, because I cannot come here for a time because it gave me always unavaible site.....so , I 've noticed there were problems of connection... but I didn't imagine it cannot be solved. I'm so sad because starportrait has been the main tool for me to develop my skills and has found so many friends. You are among the best ! Thanks Tom yeah has been with the site winding up so many drawings hard to comprehend and yes difficult and doing my head in to log on ..am disappointed at what has occurred but nothing stays the same I am at present on instagram as pencil recreations and deviant art / nev 777 so you might drop in if you like and say hi..... ,have contributed drawings to these two sites but have always been stars first ..now its closing and ending an era I might still contribute to these still will see...Thank you for the kick start recently to get me going I was in a bit of a frump...but came out ...had a small setback with my right eye but had lazer and seems to have helped ..nothing like getting into the over 70 s and finding I am wearing out a little one day at a time ..lolWill miss quite a few artists and will try to stay in touch...You have been a gem thank you Tom... gonna mis these little guys ..and yes GOD bless you to...Just got a newer laptop to oh well later my friend
