Thank you, Some paintings take a lot of work others are easy I have been a fan of the film and book Doctor Zhivago for many year more the film because of Director David Lean and this stunning art film work they won many Academy awards including the Best Cinematography (Freddie Young) it was stunning and will never be equalled. Over the Last 50 years I have seen it many times and now as it was made originally on a digital TV wonderful. I have been surprised over the 18months that nobody saw my vision of them Uncle and niece perhaps I was a little big headed but art always levels us out. I love your Sade A. she has a velvet voice and your drawing is wonderful. On my painting the skin is a early mix I have lost this colour mix, it was my own and had a range in it from light to dark but none of this is possible without good drawing and impressionist painting. Brian   :8)

Yes,I am like you, Brian, in that I think the movie, Dr. Zhivago is one of the greatest movies ever to have been made. I have seen it at least nine times, and have read the book. I owned the book once, but it became water damaged in storage, so I had to dispose of it. The book's ending is a little different. Still a powerful story in movie, and in the book. Thank you, for your kind words about my Sade drawing. I like her singing, because she doesn't shout like some singers. She has her own style, like Norah Jones.
