Thank you this is my Favourite of the 3 Twiggies. I'm trying out a new paper its great for the wet wash I like, but no good for the dry very detailed others. Merci que c'est mon favori des 3 Twiggies. I' ; m essayant un nouveau papier son grand pour le lavage humide que j'aime, mais aucun bon pour très le détaillé sec :)

Thank you, It's my Favourite, good paint is about you the viewer seeing what you what. The technique for the shadows is called stippling its done with dirty water on to the face with a soft sponge( or Ragging). Many effects are so simple and they just take practice. :)

Thank you, OK a secret first you must use watercolour paper, draw an outline in watercolour pencil the lay the paper down, put a blob of water the size of the Iris outline, add a little speck of blue watercolour paint, then alow to dry, then paint in the pupil after. :8)

Thank you, I have a thing about likeness what makes us recognise a famous person. I played about for a couple of weeks trying to get as little as possible to satisfy my eye this was one of those experiments. I’ll do some more one day to help other beginners study likeness. I'm not being bigheaded I genuinely want to help new artists. But to teach the old way from artist to artist and not teacher to pupil. :8)
