Lol, thank you! It's not better, just easier to make.. I never learned any technique or used colors.. it looks so difficult!
I'd like to improve my shadows before starting anything else.
The basic drawing is the thing. I will paint another free drawing (no sketch) and see if it improves my poor effort. Changing to colour is easier than you think. Working from outside to inside. First a watercolour pencil sketch, no details then where possiible a colour shade across the paper. A peice of scrap watercolour paper to try out shades of colour. A basic knowage of shadows yours is realy good. Then a first effort try colouring over a pencil drawing with what you think it should be coloured like. Look at it in a mirror. Have a go enjoy!
