Excellent hair, mainly because it has good shading. You construct the portrait well. Painting in a monochrome style is hard with acrylics doesn't allow alteration or blending after first painting. Watercolour for the first layer would allow you to fiddle with the likeness more then over paint with second layer acrylics. I’ve painted with both and used them successfully together. I hope you don’t mind me offering a little advise.
