Your being to hard on your self, I've done far worst paintings of him than this? I see only very small three areas and the are so very small. The left eye should be a little darker at the top to showing more shadow right at the rim. I would have been covered the right eye with the hair. Finally the frame on the right is slightly smaller and a little higher. None of these are about the use of the mobile photo but that’s just through my eyes. The rest of the drawing is again very good. Over all it does match your high standards that you've set yourself, but it's a very good drawing. If I was as honest or as critical of my own work, I would have no paintings. Cut yourself a bit of slack. It still Very good!
