Portrait of artist Jeanette(United States) Added on July 01, 2008 20:59 Acrylics
My portrait of Sandra Bullock as a young girl. I like to paint the stars when they were younger because it captures their innocence. I hope you don't mind. I painted this in 2006 with acrylics on canvas 12" X 16". Hope you like it.
Your style a mixture of Expressionism type Munch, if you remember their painting "Puberty" and the fauvismo of Matisse, where the drawing of women prevails, with the personal quota that you apply him you give him but grace and ease as well as a color but beautiful and dynamic. In this work the detail of the shrunk leg takes us to the innocence and infantile candor, the details of the plant and the jardiniere that it accompanies him they make but it looses the scene giving him but heat and happiness. Very beautiful my friend Jeanette.
My dear friend, me single express that my eyes and feelings capture, you have a great creative talent, many of those that are here, include myself me, we base ourselves on reproducing images or less exact, yours is something that we all wanted to possess a great innovation capacity, something difficult to create. My total and deep admiration.
Hi Christine, I appreciate your praise. I know how much you love portraits of children, and that's why I want you to see my drawing of little Suri Cruise. I think you will like it.
