Very good drawing, all the good things are there! The paper is to course though, more like watercolour paper, it gives a slant on the shading. Also it prevents the hair from looking dark and flat, because the gran leaves small white gapes. If you have alot of this paper then think of painting onto it the grain will work in your favour then.
