I love the technique that you use in the eyeglasses! It's fantastic! :)

Thank you, normally I have a technique for glasses involving Acrylics, because this involved mainly white (light) it was a little different. Just lots of very light blue layers of WC paint involving patience and drying time. Practise. :) ;)

Thank you, not to me, I always see little errors or technical perspective problems, When I paint the perfect picture I will lay down my brush. The hardest lesson was to have the ability to stop fiddling with a painting. :)

Great job Brian. I think you knew when to quit on this one. Not overworked - the same flaws and drop outs in the image that a camera might see or fail to see. It's excellent in my opinion. It looks ominous but I think he's just looking for a snack in the fridge. :D

Thank you, An important skill for me was learning when to stop painting and let the subject tell the story. The main aim apart from the obvious for me is to make the portrait look as though it a still from a film but the secret is to fill it with life or emotion. :)
