Good, I could patronise you by just saying how good you are, draw very well but your proportions of a face are slightly out. Even though I have drawn and painted for many years, I always set out a drawing. Setting out is checking all the fixed points in a face. This drawing is simple and quite good with the right hand side of the face another inch over the hair line on the left would be correct. Try to be more impressionist with eyelashes treat then more like shadows. Sorry to be negative, I can see you have talent and perhaps my little bit of advise will save you months of self learning.
