Merci, encore j'aime le défi de montrer un homme qui peut voir dans l'obscurité. En ce portrait un arrangement plus foncé pour montrer des yeux et à contraster. :) :thumbup: :8)

Thank you, contrast, just painted what I saw. they were easy. the palnning and 5 layers of black ( dirty brush washout) watery paint on the face, also the dark purple underwash as flesh tone was the hard bit.. :) :thumbup: :8)

. Thank you, it's pushing peoples perception to make them think there's more than just white iris and pupil on light blue for eyes. It's done by raising your mental contrast with the dark background and high lights. :) :thumbup: :8)

P.S It' similar to your ‘Avril’ portrait your eyes know what they should see, it’s a trick of the mind. :grin:
