Excellent, wonderful skill and great touch. If you want some extra tips and techniques of things such as, making black blacker or how to blend shadow flat then I'm your man. Your painting has great eyes, lips you've used the background excellently also it has great light top to bottom, drama and contrast. :8)

Ok, first black, blacker like a lot of techniques they sound strange. First paint the black background with W/C navy blue then Acrylic black wait to dray wash out brushes or brush. the apply W/C black. That is method one that I used until lately now I have bought watercolur transparent made by Scola brush they are firm from Cheshire England this is concentrated powder in a samll bottle although it is a small botlle for about 4 Euro's it is conccentrated so goes a long way it has only one draw back it stains and cnotnot be removed unlike W/C paint. But it makes things very black with about two coats and the I apply W/c black over the top. Shadows. :8)

Ok translucent face mark that go over any colour DIRTY WATER, When watercolour painting as you know, we wash out brushes in the water a cup or small jug, You should have a special cup or black, blue or really dark washout paint. Keep it and add to it. Wash other lighter brushes out normally in another cup. Ok that where it comes from why have it, on above face their are marks like the nose, eyes and eyelids shadows on the neck this D water contains no white or light colour so it has no opaque ( White Grey or light blue anything that has a white base) colouring in it and will be translucent and will show the under colour I've bought a special paint that is translucent. It makes your work come to life use it with brush in one hand and a dabbing tissue in the other so you can mop up runny areas. :8) More at another time I have loads. :8)please let me know if they are first readable and useful.
