I like this technique with a minimum of colours, unclear shadows... What tool did you use for red color ?

Well, it was all done traditionally at first. I did the main linework in ink (with a dip pen), then scanned that and made light blue copies, which I then painted different levels of coverage in black with a large brush. I did one page for what would be the lightest color, one for the darkest, and one for the blue, then I assembled them all in photoshop, setting a few of the layers to multiply or darken.
