Thank you, that statement makes you a special artist to me, I like to be different, sometimes we can't help using a photo to get a pose, but we can look at the pose differently. You can't blame other artist for following made work, it's human. I get inspired by other portraits but I try to keep my individuality. I always try to do work that others say is impossible name it I’ll have a go. I’s made some see my work and think that I must be cheating but their all watercolours I have all 800 watercolour paper originals and besides that I could just say it’s mixed media or Digital I have no pre conceived ideas about what is ART anything and everything an artist does is art I advise youngster to copy other peoples and my work it teaches brush work and tonal judgement. Then when ready they will branch out themselves to be individuals.
Sorry the answers long.
yes, I think that they have all worries with scanners. They return less lively colours and contrasts come out again less than in the original drawings. And the regulatings of the scanner are not always easy to make.
Thank you Ingrid, It was for Rupin, but I've done a three of Harry Potters Gang, for you all on the theme of light. I'm hoping it will guide you by example, no black lines on these, I have had them half started for about 5 days but they had no joining feeling. I'm sure you will spot it? straight away. Nearly done, one down and two to finish, perhaps one tonight and the rest tomorow.
Thank you, it reminds me of the Dakota Fanning I've done working with the light I was going to show off and put a Harry P reflected face in the eye instead of the shine.

Thank you after a few sleepless night's with a lot of pain I seem to have hit a rich vain of paintings I have about five more in the pipeline and many ideas last week I was devoid of ideas.
Thank you if you look the eye is the centre of the portrait the light works in and out on both sides a teaching ais I wish I'd taken a little more time and step by step a record of it.
