Very good, You draw beautiful eyes, your shading and facial shading is the best I've seen for a long while. Here I go again, but the likeness just misses for me, to others it may be great. Although saying that, it's a great drawing. Unlike others I will tell what I see, I try to be honest. You are very talented and should expand your art knowledge either at art school or by trying other media such as Quick painting, Pastels, Oils or my favourite Watercolour. Practice makes perfect.
