Very good, a little out on likeness but again great drama and imagination. Can I suggest you paint older stars like Clara Bow or other Black and white stars or 50's actors like Burt Lancaster or Bing Crosby there are hundreds of B/W photo's of these and will help with your technique and skills. A tip Graphite pencils have the same range as lead Pencils B to 9B but are darker and you can get Graphite block up to 1/2 thick these would make the boring work of background and filling in easier.

Thanks for the suggestion! i had graphite pencils, but i lost them lol i guess i need to get some more. i will definitely look into drawing clara bow or burt lancaster.

It's mainly because there are so many photo's of then another is Elisabeth Taylor a lot of her photo's a stylised aready and you can reproduce them easier it teaches tenique and skill then you can be more original.
