Yes they both are Melissa's and the little Carrie and Grace were both portrayed by two sets of identical twins. That is something I didn't know till looking up the main characters of the story. I will be doing Albert Ingalls next since he was older than Carrie. Carrie was in the story first but I think a boy will add interest to my gallery.
That is why I am doing these family type characters I love doing children so look for more stories and child stars.Next will be Albert Ingalls thought I would put up a boy I know Carrie is really suposed to be next but I will tuck Albert in now.
Beyond a doubt and I will be doing her little sister Nancy as well I will do all the Oleson's and I can't forget Mr. Edwards and the preacher and the doctor lots of work a head but it is so much fun I had such fun with this program I owe them big time.
Great! aghhh Nancy,she was so rotten she made Nellie look like a choir girl,remeber when Nancy wanted to be the Mermaid and Mrs.Oleson designed her costume.Ha!Ha!
Willie was hilarious sometimes,let's see...oh yeah! Remeber when Laura lost her horse to Nellie who was feigning illness,i believe she said she could not walk? In the end Nells gave Laura the return of her beloved horse and nellie went mental and destroyed all her toys,bed,etc....well in walks Willie he sees the chaos that is Nellie and takes one lok at the doll house and says"Don't break it,I''ll take it if you don't want it...I COULD SELL IT!!!"
Yes Chris that was one of the funnier episodes. I just loved when Nellie fell in love with the Jewish fellow and the chaos that followed that. That Mrs. Oleson was a real -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes,and from what I was told from girls in the family,the actor who played Nellies cooking instructor/husband died of AIDS,very sad.I also like the episode where Nells sister is the fat lady in the circus,and he claims her in the end,Nells Olsen had a good heart,and I felt sorry for the man having them for family,even though Willie and Nellie both grew into better people in the end,and then there was Nancy...

I think it is my most favorite family oriented program I never get tired of seeing it I think it is a real timeless classic like the Little Rascals I love that one too!!!!

Yes each portrait has a certain appeal and I love good photography especially the older black and whites. Fantastic structure revealing all the contours of the faces.
