Thank you, I wanted it to be a good one, because in my youth Robert Shaw was a great star, he was wonderful in everything he was in. Here he did something really unusual for that time, he played a bad guy, His acting was very good and no one recognised him at the start as he pretend to be the Bond character with a mask on, but when he killed Bond we new.   :8)

You're welcome!  I'm not sure if I have seen him in the Bond movie or not. Or then I just don't remember. But this is great work! By the way, I have now finished that watercolour portrait! I would be grateful for any advice because I'm new at watercolour. Particularly the hair and the teeth were quite a nightmare to do.. :D  :hi:

Thank you again, I have had a look at your work, I think now you can see why I paint larger work. Smaller more detailed work is more difficult. I see nothing whatever wrong with your work and would not question or advise on any changes the hair is difficult to do, but you seem to have mastered it, the teeth equally, are excellent. I could discuss the merits of impressionism, but this would be about me your work is excellent. I try to paint the outside and inside, to do this a little less detail is required, this is not to say that my way is best, but it's best for me. Please do more. :8)

Well, I will definitely do more watercolour portraits. It was really fun to do, and I already have a couple of new ideas what to paint. Maybe I'll try that more impressionist style, too. Thank you again  :cute: :cute: :hi: :hi:

Aecret with impressionism is to do two paintings one lose like a washe the let dry for a day and paint again the first wash should normally be a light colour so if it shows through the second painting drawing, it looks like shadow that's my secret just for you. :8) :)

Thank you you can your a very good drawer and it's easy but not simple. First take my advise and start with watercolour pencils also do work with a wash pencil, why because you can do a little blending with them. After this you grade onto watercolour not acrylic as that is more difficult I paint Acrylic as well and you need tolearn how to blend and that is not Acrylic painting. Also when progressing you need to use tube paint as well as block, I use tube, block, and powder. I you want any help just ask. :8)
