Very good, Wonderful shading and great back grounds not quite there on the likeness front but it will come whilst your skills improve at the drawing. Very good background shading which if used can put more light into the face. I normally try to on the dark background side have the face slightly lighter the background then helps to show depth. I think you have a little problem with over complicating the detail like in the hair a little more impressionist would help to with the likeness try looking for one feature. Here Bond is in the mould of Tall, dark and handsome so I would go for very dark hair, The same shade or colour as the eyes. Your a very talented drawer.
