Thx VERY much Vivi!! Yeah, his hair was a fickled b*itch! :oO: :| :guffaw: I used a finishing nail duck tapped to an old pencil to create the negative edges, shaded right to the hair lines, the with a kneaded rubber eraser, knife edged back into the hair, LOL. I'm starting Nathan Lane tonight!? :grin:

Yeah I'm using the kneaded rubber eraser too but have no idea what a "nail duck" is... :-? :-?I'm still working on Ben Harper was it you I told about? It's the 4th time I started over! I could give you so many secret tips I have found, ha! No...basically, to create NEGATIVE effects, like white whiskers and guitar strings (see my Dave Mathews) I take a carpenters finishing nail, and duct tape it to an old pencil, (for familiar feeling) and you SCRATCH lines into the paper BEFORE any graphite is applied. Then when you rub over the line, a pure white line appears, lol. It works great for all kind of tight spots and fine details. I should type this out and just email you? :laugh: :guffaw: :oO: :grin:
