Thanks Chris I always love to hear from you. Tonight is my last work day they cut us to four days a week. Budget will be tight but do able so it is better than lay off at least we still have the health benifits.
No artwork on the weekend we are opening the camper we have a seasonal spot on the river and I need to get the camper ready for that. God bless you my dear friend and keep creating I love your paintings!!

Thanks Jeanette last day of the week for me my hand feels better today didn't have to produce any parts yesterday was cleaning and painting hoppers. Going to the camper this weekend have to clean and do bedding there.
It is a big rounded off square tub made of steel very heavy and it holds parts for our wedge anchors and clips to put onto the machines so they can be packaged. I do about fifteen to twenty thousand heavy parts a day. That is why my hands after thirty years are breaking down. But I have strong sculpting big hands so it took that long to have an effect on them. Some of my co workers had hand surgery fifteen years ago and I am only now having trouble.
Oh thanks I was hoping to get a bigger range of values. I think it is coming along hoping to get a few more darks but don't want to loose the soft airy feeling of the over all design!!
Hi Marino thanks for your encouragement I titled it Shirley grows up, it was sad that she couldn't make it as an adult actress but I think she was more interested at the time to be a wife and mother.
It is close but not yet there Bea I am trying to get better on value. I didn't want to get too dark but I noticed that I need a little more variation on the shading it will come along I guess more practice!!!
Yes it was too bad that they couldn't find more adult roles for her to play. I guess she wanted to get married and have a family now she was a forign minister so I think she kept pretty active.

I would say from the look of your work that you can aspire to greater heights than i have. My Jesus picture painted when I was thirteen is a great example of how much better you are than I was at that age take a look then think again about being a professional artist yourself dear!!!!!!
