Hey Chris, Happy 4th to you too!!!! Im trying out my first painting TRYING, the outcome is going to be funny I got just a basic set of acrylics, just to start with but having a hard time with flesh tones. not to mention I have to get use to brushes those are more difficult then pencils

Okay at your local Wal Mart they have this brand of acrylic paint called Folk Art their about a dollar for a 2 oz. bottle okay?Look for #949 it's Skintone also they should have another brand called Apple Barrel look for #20514 that is flesh tone using these two together will give you a nice contrast of skin tones they run about a buck apiece.I am painting Megan Fox in a bikini tonight and a saleswoman I know gave me a samp-le color called peach fuzz haha its gonna be interesting to see how it works! I hope this helps also WalMart has this nice bag of brushes I think is 24 pieces for about $5.00 and they are really good !
Thanks, i am definitely going to get those b/c my skin is comming out to yellow or to brown. the color i used on the body came out okay but i stoped last night and did not paint the face and now i can not figure out what colors i mixed to get it oh I though I would start with a simpler subject than a realistic portrait so I took your advice and im painting jessica rabbit since she's a cartoon its agood place to start
Oh I see ..hmmm hmmm hmmm what you can do tjo get a really good mix for your skin is orange?Like a pigmented orange and some red..and some white and brown depending on the tones you want ahhh Jessica Rabbit still the sexiest cartoon..oh I said that before hahaha
Thats working when you get hold of those fleshtones you can add those reds and oranges and you will see a major difference...hmmmm I am anxious to see this Jessica WHOA the barbecue grill be right back!

cul-de-sac party every year and a few of the neighbors buy a bunch of fireworks and cook out so Ill be going over there soon
Thank you I actually got some out of the attic awhile ago when I was a young boy I always stashed every years supply back what I didnt use and this has carried over now.The problem is my dad always got hold of the M-80s and rang in the New Year with them.I am happy to say it is clearing now.Sunshine wow!
