Thank you, I hope so, I don't like these ones as they are almost the photo, for me the drawing is quite difficult or the part to leave in and the ones to take out.
Thank you, orginal it is the image of the photo, Ive left bits out I can paint perfectly it takes time but once the drawing is done it is easy I don't disslike paint these ones but their a bit like baking a cake mind I do like cake and cooking. It's for Sigrid.
Thank you, Likeness is what people like, it comes with the trying to get perfection the quest to draw perfectly, I when younger would practice using a ruler and any kind of measuring device. Practice drawing lines or given shapes then to draw many things, once mastered the magic will come. I took 5 years to get it, but once obtained the painting becomes easy, it flows like riding a bike or playing an instrument, we think it will never come but it does, keep practicing, your technique is excellent and you have talent. Brian
I feel like I'm busy all the time... I don't have the feeling to paint right now even if I want to.. Need some time to feel "the painting-feeling in my fingers" again.
Yes, very early summer and temperatures of 24 C We have a late spring as far as all the animals, the birds are busy nesting and the Bees and Butterflies are also out in force very plesant. My cat is roling over and over outside my window I think he's got sun madeness. Very Nice
My cat Aero! has his own little gang made up of two ginger cats and him. They are both bigger than him, but he leads the gang and although smaller, bullies the other two, also he faces down all dogs all on his own the other two run away he stands his ground and Hissssses at them until they either wag their tails and act friendly or dabs them on the nose and runs at them. He's grey I have painted him but because he’s grey I have no way of putting him on here. He looks like the cat food advert one, on our TV.
He's Very busy checking his boarders I live in a terrace house not very big with a small back garden and I have an aviary of small finches (birds) he watches them and protects them like a dog. He won't allow any of his gang to close and looks at the birds for so long we call it his TV. I also watch the wild birds coming to a garden feeder, Wonderful summer. Brian
I don't really know how Wales look but it seem beautiful like in a fairytale. Your dear cat gave me an idea to a new "fable-story". Thanks Sweden is like so beautiful sometimes you just wanna stay in the same spot forever. That's why I like statues.. I live on a small Island on the westcoast, live near the sea as I said before. We have tiny boat and we row to tiny islands where we bath, maybe eat lunch and then row back home again. My home is the most beautiful place on earth I think. If you look outside my window you see "garths" (the right word?) with a few cows and ofcourse reindeer's. Then comes the wonderful forrest on the big mountains.. Love it.. But dad said they (dad and his very soon wife) maybe are going to move.. They can't!!! I would be.. My heart would stop..
Home is were your heart is, Wales is very beautiful we have hills forests and rivers I don't have an Island but we wer once a very heavy industry area with coal, steel and Iron works now we have non and the country side has come back to my beautiful land. I love Wales it is in my blood we are a very happy people always in the shadow of England, My father (86) is in hosipital and he is not going to live much longer, I have had great problems with him all my life, but when your about to lose someone, you love and value them. All things in life are tempory so keep your love of your island and when you a re fully grown you can come back to it. Never say never. I look at my father now and he is not the man I had differences with when I was twenty, he a small doll now. That's why I say to enjoy life have fun prepare for the future but don't blight the present.
Love the colour here! Especially love the out of focus petals at the bottom! Beautiful! Also...I finally got Robert Duvall finished and I posted him this morning. Love for you to give me a critique, I always appreciate your input.
