Don't be blue Sunshine. My bad for being so insular. "Target" is a 'big-box' department store chain. They are a tiny cut above the typical new age retailer and have such buying power they can sell most anythig for less ... including FAKE 'paintings' for $29.95 ... framed! Nothing funny about that! (If you could sell a real painting to Target (to mass produce) you could buy yourself a Beechcraft Bonanza. So, woohoo! She's a flight instructor too?
Well that settles that one! Now I'm even more confused ... mass production in Africa is nothing compared to MASS production in America. The only things MASS produced in Africa is people . Snoek = barracuda. Kabeljou = kob (now what the hell is kob??? ). Were you to observe a social evening in Namibia you would only but smile - I'm English, the out-laws are Afrikaans, as are all their friends. We all speak our own languages the entire time and we all understand each other perfectly (well some of us PRETEND to understand each other perfectly - when they all laugh, that's my cue for something funny must have been said then I join in with the laughter very heartily and pray that the joke's not on me). I was brought up in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) - it was an English colony - we only spoke one language, times were easier then Where are you actually from? At one stage I thought it was Los Angeles (City of Angels) - don't know where I came up with that!!!???

And I DO come from all those places. You weren't prying at all!! The Senegal thing was a comment I got from a probable hacker and the site expunged both their message and my reply. BTW - I NOW live two thirds of the way down the American Atlantic Coast Seaboard at the northern edge of the semi-tropical zone, about 2 hours by auto from the great Atlantic Ocean, in a small (metro pop. 300,000) town called Greenville, South Carolina. Smokey Mountains are 30 minutes to 3 hours to the west - Atlanta, Georgia - 144 miles south - 3000 miles to LA - 1.5 hrs. to NYC by jet - about the same to Miami. Lovely 73 degrees - light breeze - come see us!

N.O.W. notwithstanding, there's nothing wrong with living in the 'now.' (And very little choice really) Though some of us elderly relics DO tend to try to live in the past.
