Barry Van Dyke is an actor and the second son of legendary actor and entertainer, Dick Van Dyke, and nephew of Jerry Van Dyke. He portrayed Lieutenant Detective Steve Sloan on the show Diagnosis Murder, which finished an eight-year run in May of 2001.
