Balfour had roles in many films and television shows, and was one of the original actors on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, playing the part of Jesse McNally, the best friend of Xander Harris. Eric Balfour has also starred opposite Jessica Biel in the 2003 remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
