Jean-Louis Borloo is a French politician, and currently the French Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development and Planning. He is a member of the Union for a Popular Movement and, as of 2005, co-president of the Radical Party, alongside André Rossinot. He introduced a five-year plan of "social cohesion", which is centered around three axes: "equal opportunity, housing and employment".
