Lech Kaczyński is the President of the Republic of Poland and a politician of the conservative party Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice, PiS.) Kaczyński served as President of Warsaw from 2002 until December 22, 2005, the day before his presidential inauguration. He is the identical twin brother of the Prime Minister of Poland, Jarosław Kaczyński.
