Penelope Ann Miller is an American actress. Her film debut came in 1987 in Adventures in Babysitting, while in 1988 her role as Emily in Our Town garnered her a Tony award nomination. She has appeared in a number of TV and theatrical movies since then, notably Carlito's Way in 1993. She appeared alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in Kindergarten Cop.
