Scott William Winters is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cyril O'Reilly in the HBO drama Oz. His brother is Dean Winters, who appeared with him on Oz as Cyril's brother Ryan. He also has a notable cameo in the film Good Will Hunting as a pompous rival for Minnie Driver's attention who is bested by Matt Damon.
