Ha thank you, i've just posted up a pic of Blackadder i've done which you might like. Fawlty Towers and Blackadder are two of my favourite comedy's along with Porridge.
Your welcome I love the style the marker pens create! Wow, just had a look at the Rowan Atkinson one, amazing! A little softer than your others. I love blackadder too although I must admit I never really got into porridge but I've not watched much of it to be fair. Maybe I should give it another shot since we seem to have similar taste in comedy? What type of music do you like?
I like indie and rock. Bands like Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Kings Of Leon, Manchester Orchestra, Brand New, Muse, Radiohead, Rammstein, stuff like that really.
Yeah i guessed that from your name. I love the Clash too, London's Calling is one of my all time favourite albums ever, its got so many different styles and ideas going on on it. A brilliant album.
Oh haha, suppose it wasn't a hard one to work out! They're brilliant, Joe Strummer is pretty much my biggest idol. Yeah, London's Calling is a fantastic album, especially as The Clash managed to do it without Bernie! I love Sandinista too, it was such a big leap from their usual style - so brave! (Sensing my musician crush here at all?! lol)
That's because it's enormous! The day I find my Joe I'll be a very happy little lady! I like a bit of classic rock, you know The Who, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones that sort of stuff. In terms of punk I also love The Buzzcocks and The Damned. But I'm also really enjoing Jefferson Airplane at the moment, don't know if you know them but they're sort of late sixties early seventies rock, I would really reccommend listening to their song "White Rabbit" if you haven't heard it already.
I have heard of them but i wouldnt be able to name a song by the, but i'll check out White Rabbit. I love the Kinks a big influence on Damon Alban and others. Have you heard of a band called Love? Check out alone again or. Its a great song.
You should, it's one of those songs that jyst always ends too soon. Yeah the Kinks are great, wish music was as cool now as it was back then. Feel like I've been born in the wrong era! I hadn't but I just youtubed it right there and yeah it's not bad at all, not the type of thing I usually listen to but I like to try new things. Can;t say theyre as good as the Clash though!
oh no, they're completly different to the Clash, music today is nothing compared to how it was back then, theres some good stuff out there at the moment but compared to the 60's its pants really.
Yeah very different haha. Everything was just so new then, so original. And I love how all out they went, it was more than just music, it was clothes and ideals and everything. I do quite like PJ Harvey at the moment but would have much rather been born in the 50s then got to enjoy the music of the 60s and 70s
