Thanks, Laulau!!! YES, I thought the same thing! They did look quite a bit alike in the Sixties. He was a member of the band, The Monkees, which was inspired by The Beatles, and his group wore haircuts like the Beatles. They even had their own TV show (which I used to watch reruns of as a kid in the late '80s on Nickelodeon), and were very popular, especially with teenage girls, like the Beatles were.
