Thanks for your loyalty I really am still experimenting with this white to black. It is totally differient from working black to white. But I hope to continue to improve until I get the effects I want to attain. Thanks again you are soooooo nice!!!

I am sure you will be perfect with white to black like pencil work

I tryed another and fell flat so I think maybe trying a more nutral background may work better like a soft gray or even a light tan may work better. With the tan I would use conteek crayon not sure of that spelling but it would be a sort of redish brown oil crayon. You may know what I am talking about.

this may have gotten too white but I will keep working at it. Thanks for your loyalty and your support. I don't expect it to come over night. I hope to be using some other shades of grays and light cream and maybe ever brown paper with some contique crayon this will be interesting fun and new challenges. God Bless You Jeanette!!!!

Keep creating my dear Christine! I'm glad that you are studying all kinds of different artforms. It's good to challenge yourself. Right now, I am doing a seascape painting with acrylics. I'm going to take my time so that it will come out good and very realistic.

Thanks Jeanette I won't stop anytime soon. As long as my hand holds out. The work load is very light now and our boss gave anyone who wanted a day off no pay no points and I took the day off. I am thinking of doing Captain Kirk next but not white on black. I will be doing him in graphite. It may take a few days my hand is not behaving today I am now beginning to hurt the other hand in hopes to relieve my drawing hand and it is ouching too!!!

I will try some gray paper next or tinted paper it will be fun experimenting. Thanks for your support and keep up your excellent work too!!!

Thanks so much Al I am having fun experimenting and will be trying some other shades of paper too. You never know what will transpire. It is all good fun and I love drawing so much I feel guilty after putting art on the back burner for so many years to work and raise a family it is now my time to try to hone this talent and make it better!!
