Hi Chantal good to hear from you this one is done in a lot of watercolor. I should have put it in that catagory instead of mixed media. I did add some pencil and a touch of charcoal too so I guess that is really a correct catagory.

I never dared to combine watercolor with another technique, but it's very interesting bravo Christine

It is fun and quite challenging using the water color. You should only use lighter fluid that is used for pipe smoking to apply your washes though. Water does mar the paper if you are using regular paper. I pour a small amount in a cap and use it with either a watercolor brush or a hard paper stump to blend. The fluid dries almost at once and does not ruin the paper.
