Very good, a litlle poblem with shading and shadow but basic drawing and likeness is very good. The use of the hair gives is a good framing it is a little to wide. The left side is OK but the right side is to greater distance between the eye and the hair. Eyes are very good with just enough darkness the best eye is the right one although the left is OK. Looking at the shadow below the chin it goes to the left so the nose should show more shadow. OK they are all technique problems that will be put right by practice The drawing for your first here is very good you have the talent because I new it was him from the small photo.
