Zoe Saldana as Neytiri. Neytiri is the daughter of the Omaticaya leader, the Na'vi clan central to the story, who is attracted to Jake because of his bravery while being frustrated with him for what she sees as his naiveté and stupidity. She serves as both the film's main Na'vi protagonist and Jake's love interest. The character, like all the Na'vi, was created using performance capture, and its visual aspect is entirely computer generated.
Very good!!!Specially the yellow of eyes and blueare the same in the movie!!
zoe saldana is really pretty in real.I saw her during the making of the movie in the jungle almost naked!!Amazing body and face!!
I bought the last Cameron' avatar (the collector) and I was very impressed by the technic of capture!I saw the "making of " and it's just incredible to see how the movie is born!!!In a large workshop without setting only cameras and computers all around the actors..An exceptionnal performance for James and his crew.I think that James is the most talented director for the 2 last decades.I heard he's doing a copy of Titanic in 3D that was launched all around the world for the centenary of sinking day (April 15th of 2012).But I don't know if is true!!
Thank you, The yellow and blue are a watercolour stain they can be deepened or lightened by the amount of stain you put on. All tricks and techniques. Basically I agree with all the praise and words about the film and actors. Also I think there are many gifted directors but I have a problem with 3D I can't see it clearly as I have eye lens in my Iris After two cataract operations. Mind I have a another problem with Titanic for me is onward and to the new not looking back, mind I know it will be great.
thanks a lot for the details of your painting.I saw yesterday avatar on my TV (i bought the DVD collector) and there is no 3D but it's not really necessary for this movie.I don't know why Cameron put 3D on this movie!!3D it's like a fashion now at Hollywood!
Thank you, the drawing took a while to get right then painted it again in 2 hours. Difficult no, complicated yes. A happy Christmas to you and your family, be good, enjoy yourself and be a peace maker. I hope it's been a good year for you. Time is the thing we value the least when young, sleeping through most of it but as we get older it becomes the most valuable thing. Photo and memories are the best gifts of all they last no matter. Brian
Aqtually I'm one of the few teenagers who don't sleep long in the morning. I like mornings and sleeping I only do by night. 7 am is more than enough for me. When I was younger I was so scared when the clock passed 10 pm, I was so worried about missing the morning the next day. Have a nice day Brian.
Thank you, Frenchman Edgar Degas. He said 'art is not what you see, but what you make others see'! I hope to make my work please you, not myself. Ok a little help with your written English. When saying 'First of all' which is a good openning statement, their is no need for the 'second of all' as it is a given or not needed. Your English is excellent. Again Thank you.
Oh, I really appreciate your comments about my english! It's always useful to talk with native-speaker, because theoretical knowedges and real lanquage may differ a lot
Well I'm Welsh not English and we have a strange slant on the English language more about Gwentglish or the area I live which is Gwent. E.g. part English part Welsh. The Welsh people are great poem writers, orators (talkers) and singers . I love my country and the people they are friendly and kind. Brian (brainfree)
A long time ago, I was talking to a very good artist and he was talking about what was watercolour, well he said acrylic, stain and even chalk in their own way are all watercolour. With attributes like setting fluid in Acrylic, Stain is the use of watercolour without an opaque white base, and chalk or pastel is the dried result of paint but has been a fluid at it’s start. If your trained to paint the individual parts are a path to painting, because drawing is to teach defining of a face, then pastel work how to blend tones and shades. All a part of the learning process. Some things work better like chalk on light or a watered down gouache designers grey for the whites of eyes. The main thing in art is not the way things are done but the enjoyment and fun we have doing them. When I started the process was simple learn to draw then different mediums such as pencil, chalk and now computers seem to be popular, digital will not replace art, photography did not it just helped so will digital.

It's not easy to paint such a beautiful picture with watercolors!
Thank you, both watercolour, acrylic , watercolour crayon and pencil plus chalk all used to make it look like the film image.

yes i can see the chalk ^^ very nice, it looks good together : ) mixing different media isn't that easy as it seems!
