Another of your stunning portraits, Stéphane. I don't know how you do it, with all of those magic little dots. You have my vote for King of the Ink Dots!
You're very welcome, tell me, on average how long does it take you to draw a portrait like that. You must be very disciplined as well as highly skilled my friend.
That depends. I stippled Elizabeth Taylor in 27 hours. The fastest portrait has been realised in 18 hours (Brigitte Bardot) and the longest in 76 hours (Joseph Cotten).
A man wearing a black tie, with a black coat and a black hat will be always longer than a woman with a naked neck and naked shoulders. You're wright, I'm very disciplined and I stipple 3 hours a day during week-ends and hollidays.
I hope my English is correct. Thank you.

Your English, like your artwork sir, is perfect, how do you learn to draw like that, it's amazing, I wouldn't know where to start in this style of art. Thanks for the information.
I use a square to draw like that. If you want to learn more, my website is in English too. the adress is : www.stephane-guegan.fr
You'll find the evolution of a portrait.
Thank you.

Thank you very much Stephane, I will definitely be visiting your website, your skill is to be admired, and, yes, I would like to learn more about your style of drawing, Pointillism is it?
Superb Stephane, a great site, I intend to have a try at your style of drawing in the near future, I have a couple of projects on the go at the moment, when they are complete, I will endeavour to set aside some time to give it a try. Thank you for your comments and advice
Thank you. If you try pointillism, be patient, don't be disappointed at the beginning, wait the end of the portrait, and you'll make a success. I wish you luck. I hope you'll show me your first portrait.

Thank you Stephane, I have recently submitted one, Bruce Lee from the Big Boss, it isn't in the same league as your work, and is far from perfect, but I understand more now about how you said that this style of drawing is almost like giving birth to the drawing. I have learned a lot from the experience, and, rest assured, I will be trying some more, I found it to be almost, kind of theraputic, if that makes any sense. Next time, I shall try to work at A4 size, and keep some uniformity to my work, thanks for all your advice and encouragement my friend.
A bientôt.
Merci beaucoup.

Thank you very much Jeanette.

Thank you very much !

A bientôt.
