Just a sketch to see if I could... I used a great photo by Anton Corbijn:

My plan is to draw the whole photo on A3.

Excellent, again original You will have to draw the other member of Depeche Mode Andrew Fletcher in the same medium. If you don't I will paint him in the same idiom (style) one day. I'll leave it for a while for you not to tread on your toes. :clap:

I will after you, I'll paint all three either together or seperate. I have two weeks of projects on the go. I onlt hope I can be half as original as you. :grin:

i love this... like this cardboard/penicl technique, it's works really good for shadowy pictures! and great of course that immediately see it's him, it sort of really brings out all the characterisics of his face... :love:
