Thank you, at the time I was working on painting a wash under coat and adding a bold stokes of a form of drawing. Before this I drew with a pencil now a watercolour pencil because I blend it out after. Give it a try it's exciting because you never know what you'll get. Sorry a long answer,

i love the different areas of texture this looks very tangible (if that makes sense) and i also love the light shining through his hair.
