that's weird, because if you scale down the original picture and flip it.. yours fits over it perfect with no mistakes at all. Looks like some smudging along with other stuff but still. Sure it might have taken you a bit but I don't think you need too much talent to do that, sorry.
You are one of those people that think about themselves as Sherlock Holmes. they are in steady search for finding counterfeits. Any way, my answer: first, go and see all of my works. There are many works that not fit with your do it all with smudge tool theory!!
Second, I put a challenge in front of you. You have the photo and you have the smudge tool, go and create an identical work. I like to see it. I know that ridicule smudge tool and I know you will end up in a muddle of horrible colors and you will deliver us a female gorilla instead of Liv teylor. Third, I have a short article about painting in Corel painter with a few snap shots, if you convince that digital painting is not smudging a photo and there are more, contact me and I will send it to you.
