I don't know what Whistler, or his mother would think, but I quite like my adaptation. I wanted to something like this since seeing the work of Renato Casaro, and decided to do Audrey Hepburn as Whistler's Mother. I was copying from a really crappy print out, so please excuse if some detail is bit off :S

I started the curtain first which took a while, but once that was done, I finished the rest in 2 days. This is the reference image and it can be found in "Audrey Hepburn: An Elegant Spirit" and was taken by Steven Meisel. Enough of that, hope you like!
