Painting of Zhang Ziyi from the Memoirs of a Geisha photoshoot featured in Vogue, with photographs by Paolo Roversi. It was painted on Japanese 'Tosa Shi' paper, in watercolours, with a Chinese 'San-Sui' brush. Seeing as I'm looking at Japanese work, can't for the foggiest work out why I bought a Chinese brush now. The mind reels. Really inaccurate and messy, and took about half hour, if that.
