I don't want to be harsh or something but it looks to me like you used just a filter over a photo

Its a watercolour painting sometimes I will use a paint program to blur out mistakes. But this 95% my work. I have a lot of problems getting orange to look right when scanning the photo in. If its a vector I have no problem in saying so, because it's the artistic impression that counts.

Thank you, I enjoy blurring all the surrounding parts of a painting by blotting out the colour, then leaving the eyes and right side of the face clear and detailed. I hope it gives an impressionist look. I hope you liked it.
