This is actually a kind of big drawing, so it doesn't fit on the scanner. This is about 1/3 of it. The lower part looks really nice too, and the hair isn't even started :P
I think I'm going to enter this into the county and state fairs Haha, last year I got the worst ribbon I could get (everyone got ribbons) competing against nine year olds. I also got Reserve Grand Champion for a different drawing the same year, too XD
Hello...you've done a fine job so far...Reserve Grand Champion?! Did a steer win? You must be deep in the midwest...keep up the good work and your hopes...you will survive nicely.
Excellent, Great composition. For me in art terms a little formula in the reflection of the eye. The skin tone is excellent. Eye shape and shading is excellent for me a winner. This is the size I would paint it at A3. You are very talented and should pursue a Career in Art in some form. Take no notice if you don't win there is only one person that wins anything that's the person who will look at your wonderful drawing. If you what any advise on painting then just ask.
